Under the Wire: it's still August

Coming in with almost two hours to spare, the Mod Bee 2's August Block: the Liberated Bee Block for Binita. This was fun to work on, but confirms my utter lack of liberation. Even when I'm just adding one thing at a time, a pattern emerges. But I tried to throw things off a little by ending with the stripe on the side.
